Happiest of weekends to all, everybody!

Yesterday, as most of you know by now, our Indiegogo campaign came to a close. While we didn’t manage to make our original goal of $20,000, we had a rush of support in the last week of the campaign and saw our total jump considerably, and for that we are grateful beyond words.

Even though we didn’t make our goal, we’ve succeeded in getting word about the campaign out to all booklovers across the country. We’ve had a tremendous amount of help and support from a wide variety of talented individuals across Canada (like Trent McClellan and Gordon Pinsent–not to mention our fabulous authors!), and we’ve been humbled and thrilled to no end by the offers of help and cool suggestions that people have given to the campaign. There are so many people looking forward to the Bare It For Books calendar, and we’re absolutely thrilled to bring it to everyone who’s shown an interest!

We’re still set on bringing you a sexy, classy, and professional-as-can-be 2014 calendar filled with the authors that you know and love. So don’t worry — that calendar will definitely make its way to you.

We’re on track to have all of our calendar photos ready by the summer, and will work on having the calendar designed and ready for sale by the beginning of the fall. Keep checking back here for updates on the calendar progress, more author posts, and other BIFB fun. And in the meantime, we’d like to thank every single one of you for cheering us on this far. We couldn’t have done it without you!
